Lautman, 50, lives in Tel Aviv, father of Yonatan, Dana and Omri.
He is the Chair of the Living Together Cener, Delta Galil Industries, WafraMedia, and he is member of the board of Babcom Centers Ltd.
His philanthropic and comunale activities includes The Lautman Family Foundation, head of the executive committee of Merkaz Ma'aseh, an organization involved in volunteer programs for young people in Israel, promoting equal opportunities and social mobility. In addition Lautman is member of the board of directors of the Equator Association, an employers' coalition promoting equal employment of Arab academics.
He is also a trustees of Tel Aviv University.
Lautman has a BA in Computer Sciences and Mathematics from Tel Aviv University and an MA from NYU.
