With twenty-five years in the construction and real-estate sectors under his belt, Mor is a knowledgeable and skilled expert in entrepreneurship and the execution of such projects. In 1991 he founded Rom Geves Ltd, and is its CEO. The company specializes in finishing work in offices, public and industrial buildings, as well as luxury apartment buildings. In 2007, Mor was nominated CEO of the U. Dori Construction Ltd., a position he held until 2011, then again from mid-2014 until early 2016. Between 2013 and 2014, Mor was involved in the fields of real-estate development, UBP promotion and other related activities, as a developer and consultant. Currently he is an independent entrepreneur.
Mor volunteers in the parents' leadership of Shevet Dan, an Israeli Scouts chapter in Tel Aviv, and his hobbies include jogging and reading.
Mor is married, a father of three, and lives in Tel Aviv.
