Founder and Chairman of the Refua Vesimcha association that assists ill and disabled people. The association operates across Israel, and addresses each person’s unique needs. Refua Vesimcha is renowned for its ambulatory services, offered free of charge to any handicapped individual requiring transport to medical treatment, and other errands. The association holds fun events in hospitals, and organized vacations for sick or disabled children. Rabbi Tzishinsky is the entrepreneur and proprietor of Hemdat Haaretz Realty, a group that which works to establish residential and commercial projects, and has built hundreds of housing and business units in Jerusalem, Ashdod, and throughout Israel.
Rabbi Tzishinsky hails from the Hassidic stream of Judaism, and lives with his wife and family in Jerusalem.
