We are in the midst of an organizational process of adapting the unique expertise of Dibur Acher to the rest of our activities, specifically adapting Dibur Acher training, workshops and courses to the various Living Together programs in educational systems, academia, communities and local authorities.
This year, in the framework of the Dibur Acher initiative, we held conferences, lectures and workshops for organizations, content creators, online activists, young adults and leadership program students. These activities were geared towards disseminating the knowledge, tools and concepts we have developed, and towards encouraging familiarity and co-creations among the various sections of Israeli society. Among other organizations, the board of directors of pre-military programs, members of the Jerusalem Model program, groups of the Israeli Association of Community Centers and others will undergo Dibur Acher training in the upcoming months.
Following the growing demand for Dibur Acher content, training and workshops, last month we held a Dibur Acher facilitator training. 12 facilitators, from diverse origins and identities, will now be “Dibur Acher ambassadors”, spreading our knowledge and practical tools to other change agents, and helping us in affecting real change in the way different communities use online media in Israel.
We are constantly continuing to expand our Dibur Acher community, and to develop a diverse network of partners, activists and entrepreneurs, so that together we can create influential programs and collaborations.
