Efrat is a professional facilitator and staff member of the Shacharit Institute's "120 Program". Efrat's past accomplishments include: managing the Knowledge and Development Department at Ma'ase; establishing a community model in the city of Ofakim on behalf of Meizrach Shemesh - Kol Israel Haverim; and serving as a facilitator for Beit Midrash and as a content developer at organizations focused on the advancement of young people. Efrat holds a BA in Communications from Sapir College and a MA degree in Organizational Consulting and Development from Bar-Ilan University. She lives with her family in Kiryat Gat.
