Dr. Yifrach is a journalist, researcher, and legal commentator in the Makor Rishon newspaper and the nrg website, and lectures on Judaism at various institutions.
Yifrach studied at the Otniel hesder yeshiva, the Mishpatei Eretz Institute for rabbinical judges, the Brisk Kollel and the Kabbalists Yeshiva in Beit El. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Education, and a Master's and Ph.D. in Jewish Philosophy. Dr. Yifrach taught for many years in the Shuva College for Jewish Studies and in the Elisha pre-military program; he headed the Adam VaAdama research institute dedicated to strengthening the legal status of the Judea & Samaria Region and was the founder and editor for five years of Tzedek - a magazine dedicated to investigative stories.
He is also a member of the executive committee of the Lada'at Association and of the Zionist Vision organization. Dr. Yifrach is a major in the IDF's Armored Corps reserve, and his hobbies include flying (he holds a private pilot’s license), diving and motorcycling, and he is also a black belt in Shotokan Karate. Dr. Yifrach lives in Tekoa with his wife Ayelet, and their children Ma'ayan, Atara, Renana, Malachi, Ivria, and Halel.
