Ne'eman is an active partner in the Living Together Center, currently the Lautman Foundation's CEO. Ne'eman previously worked for several years in a private law firm dealing with civil and administrative law. Later, Ne'eman chose education and went on to teach civic studies and Judaism in high school for two years.
As part of her civil society experience, she served as an instructor in several Jewish identity organizations, managed the Gesher Association's Haifa & North chapter, and worked with the JDC Ashalim Association as director of programs for special needs children and youth. She has a L.L.B. and an MA in Criminology from Hebrew University. Ne'eman is also a graduate of the Mandel Institute for Educational Leadership.
